Meet Kelly Bonnett – Certified General Appraiser & Accounting Professional
I’m Kelly Bonnett, founder of Wyoming State Accounting & Appraisals. Born and raised in Rawlins, Wyoming, I earned my degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1999 and began my career with Leo Riley & Co. CPAs in Casper.
Since 2011, I’ve specialized in commercial real estate appraisals and business valuations, serving clients statewide with accuracy, integrity, and a deep understanding of Wyoming’s economy. I’m currently a candidate for accreditation with the American Society of Appraisers in Business Valuation and an active member of the Appraisal Institute and the AASBC (Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants).
When I’m not working, you’ll find me cheering on the Wyoming Cowboys, coaching my son’s baseball team, or enjoying RV trips, camping, and fishing with my wife, Jen, our two boys, and our labradoodle, Mia. My passion for Wyoming drives my mission: helping people and businesses achieve their financial goals with trustworthy, local expertise.
